Day 2: Wow! That was fast!

Day 1 - The way it was

working out the details..

Today we had a meeting with all the people involved in the design part of the project. These are all talented, creative, passionate people who have definite points of view. Terrie and I listen and try to determine what will be the best answer for the success of our development.
The subjects for today were patio design and it's water feature. The paint color for the exterior. The selection of the front door and railing details for the porch. The good news is that we made decisions about the patio. Unfortunately, we've yet to determine the details for the front of the restaurant. It is tough. We all have opinions and different points of view on what is best.
This has been typical for the development of the project. And as difficult as it is to hash out the details, it is part of what makes working on this so worthwhile.
We are looking to start work on the site next week! The build out begins!
